Variations On A Theme from Tisha B’Av

This simple, inspiring melody in Bb major, sung at the end of Tisha B’Av, follows our day long fast and reading of the destruction of our Temples, together with the horrors of exile and slavery. Many other tragedies happened this day. The variations move from Bb major to minor, returning in the end to a variation in Bb major and the theme, designed to give us all consolation and hope. May Hashem bless us and watch over us, always.
